As he put chlorophorm over her mouth to make her pass out she heard his words. "Another silly little bitch out in the night. Were you waiting for me Dear?" She reeled in shock. She had heard this voice before. And could not comprehend that it could be him. She slid into unconsciousness wondering why.

There was a killer on the loose. He had been murdering young girls. But everyone was in fear. People were told to be back safe in their homes before dark. Or else they could be his next victim. Sandy sat at the library doing homework. When she glanced up and saw the clock she knew she was late. She ran from the library to discover the darkness had arrived. And it was windy and raining.

The rain whipped her face. She could hardly see a thing. Her heart pounded with fear and she began to run faster. But the rain was so heavy she could not see her hand infront of her face. She never took the short cut across the park as her dad had told her it wasnt safe. But she needed to get home fast and this was the only way. As she ran across the wet grass she was grabbed from behind. Pulled into the bushes. She could not see her attacker but he was very strong

She was found two days later in an abandoned house. Cold, dehydrated and hungry. Sobbing like a little baby. Next to her on the ground was her father. With a gun shot to the head. Taken by his own hand. And a note lay next to him. All it said was..."I did not know it was you. I am sorry" copyright gothgirl 2009
