She decided to choose respect for herself. And she did it all by herself. copyright gothgirl 2008 1atime.jpg She sat on the floor and cried. Looked up to the sky and screamed. This hell she was lviing in had to end. Either she was to end her own life or she had to stop mutilating herself. It was a hard choice as she was not afraid to die. Her only thought were the family and friends who cared for her. They were the only ones stopping her. After a while she dragged herself up and had a shower, letting the hot water warm her cold,scarred body. The tears contuinued. When she was dressed she took the razor blade from its hiding spot and broke it in two peices. Then she threw it in the bin. She felt elation at having achieved that. Maybe she could do it. She decided to give it a go. She decided to choose life. She decided to choose love. She decided to choose respect for herself. And she did it all by herself. copyright gothgirl 2008 Time To Stop After the ecstacy and the agony of her last cut on her arm, she stood infront of the mirror naked. No one ever saw her body. She kept it covered all the time,and was not interested in looking at herself either. She looked at the scars from years of self harming and gave a tiny gasp. The tops of her legs were covered in cuts. So were her forearms and stomach. She never realised she had drawn the blade across her skin so many times.
