RESPECT YOUR PARENTS

1love.jpg She is walking slower now. She gets tired more easily. And time is passing too quickly. I wish I could turn back the clock and take her to places she has never been. Make her smile more..spend more time with her. And I think I will..right now. Before its too late. I hope you do the same Respect your parents. copyright gothgirl 2008 When you tell them you love them, is it from the heart? Or are you just going through the motions? Really think about how you treat your parents. As I have been thinking how I treat mine. I tell my mother I love her everyday. I do love her but I dont show her enough. I am sometimes in a hurry to get off the phone to her..I dont have time for her and this makes me feel guilty. For sadly I know that the time is passing. And that one day she will no longer be around. No longer part of my life..a big part. Do you spend time chatting about their day with them or is it just chat about yours? Or wonder if they have problems just like you? Do you offer to go to the shop for them if they have forgotten something? Do you respect their wishes when they say no to something they think may not be good for you? Or do you think they are the nastiest parent ever? When all they do is try and protect you. Most of us have one parent who we are close to. We say we love that parent more than anything...but do we really show it? Do you help your parent with housework when they appear to busy to do it themselves? Do you offer to make them dinner or a cup of tea or coffee after they come home from a hard day at work? Do you offer to do the laundry for them? RESPECT YOUR PARENT respect

Sayin I Love You is easy.. Proving your love, and taking actions to show your love... That's a different story. I lost my dad almost 3 years ago... And I will never forgive myself to not have spend enough time with him... If I only knew... I would have taken actions... He knew I loved him so much, but I know he secretly wished that I would have been around him more often... That teaches me a good lesson though... I will never do the same mistake with my mommy.

Great glog Mandy... You made me cry... =(
I hope people realize how important a parent is in our life, and I just wish this can prevent mistakes like me, and a lot of other people, did...
