Daddy..why did you suddenly stop spending so much time with me? Was it because you met that woman? Daddy..why did we stop our special tickle games which helped us to bond? Was it because she got jealous?

Daddy..why did everything have to be as she wanted it..not us? Was it because she was dominating you? Daddy..why did she go for you with that knife when she was drunk and almost stab you? Was it because you were arguing about me being in the way?

Daddy..why did you hand me back to mum and not even say a word in my defense? Was it because you didnt want me living with you either? Daddy..why did you have to sneak out to see your new born grand child? Was she really that heartless you had to go behind her back?

Daddy..why did you tell me I was no longer part of your new family but her children were? Was it because you both hated me that much?

Daddy..now I am grown up. I thought about all of this. And my conclusion is..... She blackmailed you by threatening to kill herself if you left her. So you stayed because you could not live with the guilt if she did. She won and she ruled you. And you were too weak to stick up for yourself or me. So you chose her as it was easier. Easier to lose your own flesh and blood. Easier just to give in. I say good bye to you. For weak people are not a part of my life. And if you couldnt stand up for your own child, I only feel pity and sadness for you. I hope one day you realise and it cuts you up inside..just like it did to me. copyright gothgirl 2008
