ACDC..A Tribute to Bon Scott

He was the lead singer for ACDC for bout 6-7 years Girls adored him.Guys worshipped him. He had charisma and he lit up a room when he walked into it. He was a legend.

He would have turned 60 last February and they had a huge tribute for him here in perth. They now have even made a statue made in his honour.

And even tho Brian has been accepted and the next album..Thunderstruck.. rocketed them into international stardom, every die hard ACDC fan would know that Brian would never totally fill the void left behind by the great Bon Scott.

But tragically he was an alcoholic and one night while in London he was found dead in the back seat of a car. They say he had alcohol poisoning but he actually choked on his own vomit. It was a very sad day for Australia. :(

Did you know that ACDC are an Australian band? They formed in Sydney in 1973. The original singer was a man named Bon Scott. He lived in Perth where I live but was born in Scotland.

He died in February of 1980 and was replaced by Brian Johnson by April of the same year.
